This complete performance package includes the Competition Cams 12-413-8 hydraulic roller camshaft, Redline Performance link-bar retro-fit lifters and a billet steel double-roller timing set. Designed for Chevy 262–400 small block engines, this kit improves airflow, torque, throttle response and overall driving enjoyment.
The 12-413-8 camshaft delivers .474″/.474″ lift, 220°/224° @ .050 duration, 270°/274° advertised duration and a 111° LSA. These specifications create a camshaft that feels noticeably stronger in real-world driving. The lift opens the valves far enough to improve airflow without demanding extreme springs. The duration keeps the valves open through the most efficient part of the airflow cycle, improving cylinder fill and torque. The result is stronger mid-range performance, smoother acceleration and a more confident throttle feel.
