The Competition Cams 31-230-3 delivers 250°/260° advertised duration, 206°/212° duration at .050, .460″/.474″ lift and a 110-degree lobe separation angle. The lift numbers increase airflow by opening the valves deeper into the cylinder head’s flow stream, while the duration keeps them open long enough to improve mid-range torque and throttle response.
