The 11-433-8 camshaft is an aggressive hydraulic roller profile featuring .521″/.540″ lift, 288°/294° advertised duration, 236°/242° duration @ .050 and a 110° LSA. These specs dramatically increase the engine’s breathing efficiency. The .521″/.540″ high lift opens the valves far enough to take advantage of the cylinder head’s high-flow region, allowing more intake charge into the cylinder and improving exhaust evacuation. The extended duration at .050 keeps the valves open during peak airflow velocity, building strong cylinder pressure and producing a noticeable increase in mid-range torque and acceleration.
