01. The order
When will I receive my order?
When placing an order, an estimated delivery of your shipment is indicated in the order screen, you will also get an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number(s) when the shipment leaves one of our warehouses. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation.
To cancel an order or part of it due to a longer delivery time than expected, reach out to our customer service. They can cancel the order for you, and the purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive an invoice for your order sent directly to the email account you placed the order with. If you wish to receive an invoice separately, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice
02. Shipment
Where does my order ship from?
We offer shipping from multiple warehouses located across the United States, which allows us to ship most orders within hours of receiving them. However, there may be certain kits that require up to two working days to be fully shipped. Please keep in mind that shipping times may also vary depending on the destination of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. Do you offer expedited and overnight shipping?
We offer customers the convenience of expedited and overnight shipping for certain kits, namely the AFM replacement and AFM delete kits. These shipping options are designed to help customers receive their kits as quickly as possible. If you’re interested in these expedited options and would like to know more about the cost, we’re happy to provide a quote. How can I track my order?
After the products you have ordered leave the warehouse, you will receive an email with all the tracking numbers associated with your order. This will enable you to track your package and know when to expect it. Additionally, you can access the tracking numbers from your account dashboard, making it easy for you to monitor the shipping process. I’m missing part of my order, now I want to return it!

Due to the ongoing challenges faced by the automotive industry, we may need to upload multiple tracking numbers for a single order to ensure all parts are shipped out as soon as possible. Please ensure to check your account and the provided tracking numbers to monitor the progress of your order. You sent the wrong size parts, how can I exchange for the correct parts?
If you happen to receive parts that are not the correct size you need, don’t worry! Simply reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you in exchanging them for the right size. We will provide you with a return label to send back the incorrect pieces and we will ship out the correct size directly to you.
